Sometimes going back is the only way to heal and move on. Acceptance is one of the bitter pills in life but it’s the only way to let things slide and pass. Acceptance is sometimes the best way to handle your pain. Pain demands to be felt and is there to be felt and unless you feel it and grow through it then healing is next to impossible. To heal you have to go through all the stages of pain. Unless we feel the pain, we will never appreciate peace of mind and well-being. Being human is all about pain and its one of the best ways to know and appreciate the fact that you are alive

Pain is life and it makes you stronger and stand a little taller. The wound is the place where the light enters you. Its okay to be in pain, it’s okay to not be okay, its okay to feel the pain….it doesn’t make you a social misfit who can’t handle their issues….no! it makes you more of a human. Pain demands to be felt. Trust in the process…it only makes you stronger and appreciative. Grow through the pain. The strongest foundations on earth are built on pain and tears. You’ve come far. Trust yourself. You can survive the pain. Give yourself time and let the wounds heal. You can make it through the pain. You can handle it. Don’t give up on yourself yet.
Hold on. You can survive the pain. It’s a part of life and the only way to heal is through feeling it. You can’t evade it, it nags until you give yourself time, stop being so hard on yourself, trust in the process and just feel the pain…after all, it demands to be felt.
